Experience overview
Over the past 15 years, Siarhei has led delivery for complex tech initiatives across FinTech, from implementing process automation to crafting enterprise platforms. He’s built RPA workflows from the ground up using UiPath, helped launch new digital banking tools, and led projects involving AI- powered solutions for insurance and risk assessment, like car damage analysis based on TensorFlow and OpenVINO.
He’s also worked on data intelligence tools and helped develop products for claims automation, financial data processing, and unstructured document analysis. A big part of his work has involved integrating with platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, and various open banking APIs.
Beyond the tech itself, Siarhei has been managing cross-functional teams and mentoring delivery and product leads. He’s also played a key role in setting up long-term partnerships with providers like Google, Intel, and UiPath, translating those relationships into real product value.
Hobbies and interests
Siarhei is an SSI Advanced Open Water Diver, a member of the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC), and an enthusiastic fisherman.
